We identify and measure the footprint of the existing buildings, and all the materials inside the building.

The materials have several properties which include the status, the availability and how they can be reused, and in what form.

We have identified that by building a hierarchy of decisions, we can extend the life cycle of the building by several years prioritizing what has the biggest impact.
