Who we are

Again X has under the hood together more than 100 years of practice in architecture, BIM, environmental and toxicity in builidngs surveys, finance, and technology.

All this came to fruition as part of the Antler Oslo Accelerator program, where the idea has been formed and defined, together with the amazing advisors we had and still are getting support from.

Again X will address one of the biggest challenges of our times: how can we better and more sustainable manage the existing buildings, without demolishing and building new ones.

We believe in a sustainable, circular, and responsible future, therefore we decided to build it.

The team behind Again X consists of the core operational part and a great supporting network of advisors.

Daniel Tabacaru

Daniel is the “Aggregator wizard” and the founder of Again X.

Trained architect and engineer, with specialization in Design Thinking and Economics, from schools in China, Denmark, Romania, and Norway, Daniel has worked with sustainability since… forever.

The best inspiration he got from his grandparents and their farm. No garbage truck - no out-of-sight waste. Simple.

He lives in Oslo with his family, His newly discovered free time passion is cross-country ski, and during the summer tennis and sailing. The last two not in the same time:)

Leslie Koht Copeland

Leslie is our “operation wizard”.

Leslie Koht Copeland was born and raised in Belfast, as his stories tell.

After a career as a financial journalist in London, he moved with his family to Oslo.

In Again X he is in charge of the operations, fundraising readiness, and not the least of how and what we should tell the world.

Always available and with a joke ready, we are deligheted to have him on our team.

Jo Deketelaere

Jo is our “Carbon wizard”.

Having been part of the Statkraft´s global team for EU ETS, he helps us focus on the most impactful approaches regarding CO2 certificates and compensation.

Jo holds a master’s degree in business engineering from the University of Brussels and started his career in international business development for large energy companies focusing on climate mitigation, environmental policies, and investment in low carbon-emitting technologies.

Jo lives in Oslo, Norway with his wife and daughter, enjoys hiking in local nature, and is a happy member of the swimrun community.

Alina Hincu

Alina is “THE marketing wizard”.

Alina is in charge of our presence in the digital world.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing in Romania and has 10 years of experience in the field, working for various companies based in UK, Italy, and Romania.

She is passionate about online marketing and also enjoys a good challenge in both life and work.

Leave her to her own devices, and you will probably find her with a book or enjoying a good healthy walk.

Gard Aasenss

Gard is our “Backend developer” wizard.

He is heading into his third and final year of his bachelor degree in IT at OsloMet.

Gard enjoys developing solutions, being in charge of the behind-the-scenes logic.

He likes the amount of different approaches you can choose to solve a task, always trying to create the best possible solution.

In his spare time, Gard plays squash at a top Norwegian level, and also enjoys watching football. COYG!
