€1.6m European project win for Again X and a consortium of 5 European Universities
Again X, one of the most innovative new players in the Scandinavian Proptech sector, is pleased to announce that its #CONECT collaborative project has received recommended funding from the Joint Programming Initiative (JPI) Urban Europe.
JPI is an intergovernmental research program comprised of 20 European Countries and the European Commission. Its overarching goal is to provide solutions to the most pressing urban challenges the future is likely to present, with a focus on innovation, new technology, and tools that promote sustainability.
Again X’s CoNECT initiative will see it collaborate with five leading institutions across Europe including the Eindhoven University of Technology, The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH), and the National School of Architecture Paris La Villette. The long-term goal is to boost community organizing capacity in five leading European cities and make the path towards a more sustainable and ecological urban environment more secure.
Daniel Tabacaru, CEO of Again X:
“I am thrilled that CoNECT has received multi-year funding and truly relish the opportunity to work alongside Europe’s leading research centers as a trusted Digital Partner. Although we are the only commercial player of the team, we are confident of success. Again X has proven that AI - coupled with human understanding and big data - can enable infrastructure and property owners to manage their property assets more efficiently. Improving the longevity and utility of buildings, infrastructure, and the urban fabric is in the interest of every City”.
